So I published my previous post on October 10th, which I didn’t know was World Mental Health Day.
I haven’t seen a professional yet, but I wanted to to be aware of what my current mental status is.
I would just like to say to people who are clinically diagnosed, and also to those who still haven’t but are feeling the burden:
You are strong. You are more than whatever you are having. You are NOT your illness. Know that a lot of people care; you just don’t know it because the monsters inside are distracting you. Do not be afraid to tell and share others what you’re feeling because someone out there is willing to listen and help.
